Engida Esayas Dube

Engida Dube is a lecturer in the Department of Geography and Environmental Studies at Dilla University, Ethiopia. He holds Master of Arts in Geography and Environmental Studies (specialized in Regional and Urban Planning) from Addis Ababa University and Bachelor of Education in Geography from Debub University Dilla College of Teacher Education and Health Sciences.
Engida is also doctoral researcher specializing in Socioeconomic Development Planning and Environment at Addis Ababa University. His doctoral dissertation focuses on the spatiotemporal patterns and management of street vending in Dire Dawa, Eastern Ethiopia. He has published two articles in refereed journals and in a conference proceeding. The most notable ones include in the Journal of Urban & Environmental Engineering, 7 (2), 2013) and Ethiopian Journal of business and Economics, 4(2), 2014) and in the Horn of Africa Economic and Social Policy Institute Proceeding: The Economic, Social and Political Developments in IGAD Region (2015).
